I woke up one morning with back pain. It was manageable at first but quickly began affecting my hip and leg. I was stretching and foam rolling but it got so bad that it was causing me to make choices in my life to avoid certain activities. I contacted Carrie with Body-in-Motion and did a video conference. She was able to do a quick evaluation while really listening to my descriptions of my pain. She was able to help me by giving me a couple stretches and exercises that actually relieved my pain! By following her simple instructions I was able to get back to my normal daily life's activities the very next day and felt so much better! I also learned that some of my daily motions were what was causing the pain and how to avoid the pain in the future with some simple modifications to my routine. I was in so much pain and the solutions were so easy and I did it in my living room on zoom.
