We are a coaching service developed to break through the red tape and confusion of figuring out how to get your body-in-motion feeling good and doing what you want it to do. It doesn’t have to be complicated and you can get same session results! Think of us as your concierge guide through the gigantic movement maize. We formulated our service menu as an easily accessible route for you to benefit from our global and broad knowledge traditionally only available in closed settings such as elite sport performance systems that support Professional and Division I collegiate athletes. In a single session you will come away with simple adjustments in your everyday movements and/or routines to help alleviate discomfort and boost vitality. Together we craft rapid solutions tailored to enhance healthy muscle recruitment, fostering your vibrance and resilience. Additionally you will learn about YOUR body-in-motion in connection with the broader landscape of movement. Our services are all about your body-in-motion. We want to hear your story and understand your precise goals and/or roadblock. Showcase movements relevant to your concerns and together we will devise quick-win simple take-aways to incorporate into your daily routines. To prepare for your virtual session, ensure you're in a comfortable space where you can freely talk and move around. Set up your camera approximately 6 feet away in a space with enough room to demonstrate movement comfortably (a 10x10 area is ideal). Wear clothing that allows for ease of movement and allows us to see your body clearly.
Before the session, think about how we can assist you by providing simple answers to questions such as:
• What is your primary movement issue? Is it related to pain, performance, or a specific movement?
• How long has this issue been a problem?
• What remedies have you tried, and have they been effective?
• Do you notice any factors that worsen or alleviate the issue?
• What prompted you to seek out body-in-motion coaching?Be prepared to demonstrate a few simple movements during the session. If you have a particular movement that causes discomfort or challenge, we encourage you to show it to us. Additionally, we may guide you through simple movements that are not part of your regular routine.
