Have you recently completed a Learn to Row? Our Rowing Fundamentals service is designed to guide you through the next steps. We’ll break down the sport into manageable parts to help you learn the lingo, rowing specific movements (sweep, scull, erg), and recovery strategies. Leave with personalized techniques to continue on with your happy, healthy rowing journey.

These sessions are designed for those who have completed at least one season of rowing. Our goal is to help you maximize your rowing experience. First, we’ll complete a muscle recruitment analysis. Then we’ll build personalized strategies together to help you meet your goals and clear obstacles. This may include technique, strength and conditioning practices, fueling, and recovery.

Does pain or discomfort hold you back from your best rowing? We can help! During this session, we will target your problem area(s) and provide you with Body-in-Motion rowing specific performance interventions to get you feeling better.
