About Us

Meet Carrie

Body-in-Motion Specialist

My passion in life is helping people become healthy, happy movers. Movement is an integral part of who we are, yet we often encounter obstacles that limit us. Maybe it’s pain and discomfort. Maybe it’s a plateau. Or maybe it's the loss of activities that used to come easy to us. In my 30+ years of experience, I have worked with thousands of people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities and have learned that each body in motion has a unique rhythm and movement. And to move past obstacles, we can all make simple adjustments to unlock our body’s natural movement patterns to work for us, not against us.

What is a healthy, happy mover? It’s your body performing for YOU however you want it to, while feeling good.   My broad, combined experience uniquely empowers me to meet you where you are, discover YOUR rhythms, and pair you with the appropriate performance inputs to move past obstacles and thrive. And guess what? It doesn’t have to be complicated. Working with me, we’ll find the simple adjustments that work within your current routines.

When I was a young athlete, suffering from hip pain, someone once told me “Well, just don’t do things that hurt your hip.” That was unacceptable, as that answer would’ve required me to give up my passion of rowing. That was the start of my journey as not only a competitive athlete, but an intercollegiate, Division I sports medicine professional.  In the decades since, I have solved thousands of unique body-in-motion roadblocks. And, I have collaborated with specialists ranging from physicians, to physical therapists, to chiropractors, to strength coaches, to nutritionists, to sports psychologists. Now it is my mission to take what I’ve learned and pay it forward to ANYONE seeking healthy, happy movement.

Ready to get started? Let’s work together to move you where you want to go.
